When placing an order, products and/ items are fullfilled by our central processing center and you will receive and you will receive and order confirmation and shipment tracking number after order is placed.

1. Can I place an order?
Yes, our activities are currently continuing. Please check our Shipping Policy.
You will automatically receive an email of order confirmation upon receipt and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
2. How can I contact Customer Service?
Due to the recent pandemic, our Customer Service phone line is temporarily availability. Please allow 2 business days for a response - not including weekends or holidays.
3. Can I still make returns?
Yes. We are still processing returns. Please see our return policy. However, there are temporary return restrictions on personal care / hair/ beauty products. We are not accepting return on specific items including but not limited to safety face masks, hand sanitizers, latex gloves and vinyl gloves, disinfectant cleaners. Please contact us or central processing center to process a return.

NappyGurl Hair and Beauty main office located in Boston, MA and our partner’s distribution center located in Atlanta, GA.
6. Is Pickup location available for local customers?
No, not at this moment.
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and shipped. In some instances beyond our control, we may experience a delay, which upon you will be notified, please allow 10-14 days or more for processing and shipping. Our distribution center for orders is located in Atlanta, Georgia. All shipping updates and tracking information will be provided via email and/or text once item(s) has been shipped.
Please allow 7-10 business days or longer for free gifts and samples to arrive. All samples and /or free gifts are shipped from Boston, MA unless otherwise noted.

We provide International Shipping. Applicable shipping rates will apply.
Purchase are available for return or exchange up to 14 days from date of purchase. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES after 14 days of purchase date. A 15% restocking fee is accessed for all returns. Hair products and hair care products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited. Depending on your financial institution it may take longer.
